JP International School is a co-educational English medium residential school that was started from the session 2016-17. The school runs under the aegis of Shri Namomal Educational Society and follows the CBSE curriculum having classes from Nursery to Std. XII.
The JPIS aims to foster the holistic development of children and to create the future citizen of the country, imbibed with human values, and to develop creative, progressive minds with inquisitive, ethical, and balanced character and instill a never say die attitude.
Our teaching-learning program is child-centric. We at JPIS provide a broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum that comprises varied interests and abilities which transform them into a globally competent and responsible citizen of the country. Today, we all wonder, what is education? I get numerous answers from different sets of people to this question, to sum up, these answers into one notion, most people associate good education with a good livelihood, but, to me, education is for life and not just for a good livelihood.

Director's Message
Kanker, a place that is 146 Km away from the city’s throttle with historical value.
Kanker is one of the remote areas and the Bastar region of Chhattisgarh with a large forest covering and surrounded by hills. Our beloved Chairman and my father Mr. Pratap Gidwani often used to come here to visit their in-laws in Kanker, For many years he noticed the necessity of quality education for the juvenile of the Kanker. As he believed education to be the soul of the society in which one generation passes to another generation. So with this strong vision, he decided to open a school to proliferate the seeds of education among the juvenile of the Kanker for their bright future.
The journey was not so tranquil, where JPIS Kanker is standing today was not a place like this, it was full of abundant rocks with a rough surface. There was a lot of chaos but the determination in the heart never let them down to wait and to see the strong gestalt of JPIS. Every hurdle can be crossed if one has kept a firm eye on his goal so with manpower the place made flat and smooth and the rocks were ruptured down into the pieces.
Finally, JP International School put its stumps and the pillars with the dream to empower students to discover the potential in them. The foundation permanently embedded the roots of world-class education in the soil of the gateway of Bastar which speeded the thought of impossible say possibly as people got the taste of state of art infrastructure, first of its kind over here.
The school was always dedicated to bring new hopes and possibilities among the people of this particular area where a positive change in the form of imparting knowledge at educational establishment having sprawling 10 acres campus with all the modern facilities including splash new swimming pool was hard to see in this zone.
Lastly, I would like to say that we want to take pledge to give our children not just love, but the support system that they can fall back to when in trouble. Let them know that we are always there for them and they have no reason to be depressed or be tackling their problems alone. Let us nurture these tender buds carefully and see them bloom into responsible, successful citizens who can build a strong nation. Let us see them sore to success.
